5) One (1) Cent Plot Layouts

• Total of 83 one cent Layouts were developed in an extent of Ac.4828.00 Cts (1,41,654 plots) and with an expenditure of Rs.175 Cr. including temporary infra like approach roads, bore wells with service connection, cement godowns
• RC Plot layouts development under Land Pooling:
  1. VMRDA has taken up development of basic infrastructure facilities to Re-Constituted plot layouts with a project cost of Rs.660 Cr. in 3 phases.
  2. Phase-I: Sanctioned development so far for Rs.150 Crores which includes Quarry Rubbish roads, Storm water CC Drains & CD works. 60% of works are completed and remaining are in progress.
  3. Total revised area of Reconstituted layouts in 48 layouts– Ac.1215 Cts.
  4. Phase – II: Development works i.e., providing BT / CC Roads, Avenue Plantation and development of parks, Layout Electrification, administrative sanction accorded for Rs.305 Cr.
  5. Phase – III: Development works i.e., Water supply & UGD for Rs.155 Cr., yet to be taken.
